The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tano Pro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gorri Guillamon in the 9th minute. Chuan Pisciña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gorri Fuertes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chuan Pisciña in the 12th minute of play forced Reynold's goalkeeper Gorri Fuertes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Allende AFC booed when Reynold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eufrasio Osuna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Egoitz Muñagorri sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Reynold's Gorri Fuertes didn't even have to move. The supporters of Allende AFC booed when Reynold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Urigarri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes Allende AFC got a freekick which was hit by Prudentio Mañueco. In the 25th match minute, Allende AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egoitz Muñagorri to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Reynold's zone, Robustiano Palazuelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gorri Fuertes came out of the goal and Robustiano Palazuelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gorri Fuertes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudentio Mañueco in the 33rd minute of the match. Robustiano Palazuelo's late challenge caught a Reynold's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Palazuelo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Robustiano Palazuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Allende AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tonio Consul came free, but Tano Pro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Palazuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gorri Fuertes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Chuan Pisciña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gorri Fuertes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute of the match, Tonio Consul tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tano Pro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The Reynold players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Allende AFC were winning 0-1.
After a defensive mix-up in Allende AFC's zone, Gorri Guillamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tano Pro came out of the goal and Gorri Guillamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eufrasio Osuna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Allende AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tonio Consul came free, but Tano Pro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gorri Fuertes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Palazuelo in the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Allende AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Alberino Capelo hit a great ball. Reynold's Tonio Consul got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tonio Consul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gorri Guillamon struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Tano Pro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reynold. Tonio Consul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tano Pro having to interfere. Tonio Consul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tano Pro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Allende AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudentio Mañueco to maneuver through the defense.
