Arnas Mayoral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lluterio Orbea having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Quinto Loro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrao Trejo struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Rafael Carragal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gervasio. Bordat Arrazola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lluterio Orbea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bordat Arrazola, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnas Mayoral in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lluterio Orbea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lluterio Orbea came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Artilleros's Arnas Mayoral. But to his dismay, Arnas Mayoral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Artilleros's Rafael Carragal got control of the ball when Quinto Loro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Quinto Loro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quinto Loro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Carragal having to make a save. In the 42nd minute, Conrao Trejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Quinto Loro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Carragal. Artilleros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quinto Loro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Conrao Trejo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Artilleros booed when Gervasio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxeberri Boñal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artilleros's Arnas Mayoral managed to work through Gervasio's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Arnas Mayoral dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Bordat Arrazola was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Artilleros's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Arnas Mayoral in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lluterio Orbea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Artilleros's goalkeeper Rafael Carragal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Quinto Loro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafin Gandio hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes, Aristides Plata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gervasio and the Artilleros players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gervasio's Aristides Plata got a free kick in the 79th minute. Bordat Arrazola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conrao Trejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Carragal having to interfere. Arnas Mayoral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Gervasio supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Artilleros's performance. The match ended with a win for Artilleros.
