Quintana's Cresenciano Madinabeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ikatz Agranja in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sadurni Calera in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urti Arroyo saved Echeverria AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sadurni Calera in the 23rd minute of play forced Echeverria AFC's goalkeeper Urti Arroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urti Arroyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernat Argüero in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaume Alzola in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cresenciano Madinabeitia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Echeverria AFC's goalkeeper Urti Arroyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristos Callejo. In the 38th minute, Sadurni Calera fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ikatz Agranja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Echeverria AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ikatz Agranja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cresenciano Madinabeitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Cresenciano Madinabeitia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ikatz Agranja's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The referee ignored Quintana's protests and gave Sadurni Calera a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Quintana's Sadurni Calera got a free kick in the 90th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Echeverria AFC's Ikatz Agranja in the 93rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Cresenciano Madinabeitia was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Quintana through an amazing save. After having played for 96 minutes, Cristos Callejo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quintana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristos Callejo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
