When Mosen Cuello came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Pando fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mosen Cuello couldn't finish the play. Andy Garibay might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garaile Cañal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andy Garibay ran back to his position shaking his head. Garaile Cañal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Villarroel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Leon Olloa made a precise shot to the right of Umea Bringas. Palomas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A hard shot by Geronimo Cano from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Umea Bringas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Pando's Mosen Cuello got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Astor Villarroel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palomas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Villarroel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Andy Garibay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Llope Cieza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palomas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pando the free kick. A collision led to Palomas FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Palomas FC. The supporters of Pando booed when Palomas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Elguero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llope Cieza kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 40 minutes, Astor Villarroel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palomas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Villarroel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palomas FC's Umea Bringas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Olloa in the 76th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Astor Villarroel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Villarroel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garaile Cañal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Palomas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Olloa came free, but Umea Bringas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pando were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Palomas FC for a fine match.
