Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Libertad's Arnoldo Arroyuelo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Quirce Linde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coion FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quirce Linde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olayo Junguito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, Libertad's Peter Aviles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afonso Ceceil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arnoldo Arroyuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Afonso Ceceil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Coion FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cesaro Nogal hit a great ball. The supporters of Libertad booed when Coion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesaro Nogal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edelmiro Abadia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olayo Junguito firmly grabbed it by the left post. Olayo Junguito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quirce Linde in the 27th minute of play. Mantzio Lozano charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mantzio Lozano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mantzio Lozano kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Cebrian Labarrita lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Libertad:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Coion FC:s goal. Libertad:s Olayo Junguito showed great skill when he stopped Efrain Olivarez:s penalty. Peter Aviles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 played minutes Coion FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesaro Nogal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Aviles in the 44th minute of play forced Coion FC's goalkeeper Afonso Ceceil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Quirce Linde fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quirce Linde was the one to do the kick off. Edelmiro Abadia scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olayo Junguito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Leon Robles fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coion FC's protests and gave Leon Robles a yellow card for diving instead. Leon Robles kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Edelmiro Abadia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quirce Linde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olayo Junguito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Afonso Ceceil came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Libertad's Peter Aviles. But to his dismay, Peter Aviles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesaro Nogal during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 89 minutes into the game, Libertad's Peter Aviles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afonso Ceceil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Cesaro Nogal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olayo Junguito having to make a save. Peter Aviles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Afonso Ceceil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coion FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Libertad for a fine match.
