Blai Gallinas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepito Bulnes in the 3rd minute of play. Gudesteo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gudesteo Mon in the 5th minute of play forced Abayuba's goalkeeper Blai Gallinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abayuba's Blai Gallinas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gudesteo Mon in the 11th minute of play. Ellande Arizabalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Regaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Rocha FC's Ellande Arizabalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Regaño in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Frances Rivero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ellande Arizabalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Frances Rivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caitano Aulestia during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 35 played minutes Rocha FC got a freekick which was hit by Caitano Aulestia. Ellande Arizabalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Regaño in the 36th minute of play. Eduardo Regaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Abayuba's Ellande Arizabalo threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eduardo Regaño, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rocha FC's Ellande Arizabalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Regaño in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eduardo Regaño to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gudesteo Mon in the 56th minute of play forced Abayuba's goalkeeper Blai Gallinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes, Roldan Cabaña mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rocha FC and the Abayuba players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roldan Cabaña hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Frances Rivero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ellande Arizabalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Abayuba's Blai Gallinas got control of the ball when Pepito Bulnes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Frances Rivero came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Abayuba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frances Rivero couldn't finish the play. Ellande Arizabalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Regaño in the 70th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Rocha FC got a freekick which was hit by Herena Valls. Frances Rivero took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ellande Arizabalo. Ellande Arizabalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Rocha FC's zone, Frances Rivero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ellande Arizabalo came out of the goal and Frances Rivero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aloisio Trevijano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Indar Helguera's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Ellande Arizabalo - 3-0 was put on the score board in the 90th minute. There was no doubt that Abayuba were the better team. Abayuba's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
