Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Angelo Inguanzo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, Geronimo Mensa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Mensa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 12 played minutes Duranzo got a freekick which was hit by Tulio Matanza. If Geronimo Mensa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Duranzo's Gregory Abello threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Angelo Inguanzo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Geronimo Mensa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Betadur Ezquibela having to make a save. Galeno Labrada charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Galeno Labrada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelo Inguanzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gregory Abello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tulio Matanza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Geronimo Mensa got a free kick in the 45th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geronimo Mensa was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Tulio Matanza came free, but Gregory Abello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Illan Castejana hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 64th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normando Miranes to maneuver through the defense. Geronimo Mensa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Betadur Ezquibela 67 minutes into the match. Gregory Abello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Inguanzo in the 73rd minute of play. Tulio Matanza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Betadur Ezquibela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Mensa, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 92nd minute, Illan Castejana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregory Abello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Duranzo's Angelo Inguanzo in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester United's goalie prevented a goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
