Quilo Iribe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnas Solana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quilo Iribe having to interfere. The Baygorria FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Nacional de Futbol's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Nacional de Futbol.
