When Maura Masbernat fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arriera FC's protests and gave Maura Masbernat a yellow card for diving instead. Maura Masbernat hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Maura Masbernat came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Arriera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maura Masbernat couldn't finish the play. Perfecto Mendiguren scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Iturburu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dei Vinyals had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivon Sosa hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Arriera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Ubiña came free, but Felix Iturburu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Rodriguez FC got a freekick which was hit by Perfecto Mendiguren. Jeremy Rois received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Luken Palmades tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Dei Vinyals got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dei Vinyals fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Iturburu having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maura Masbernat to make the kick off. Luken Palmades didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremy Rois went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Benvido Viz's late challenge caught a Rodriguez FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benvido Viz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Arriera FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Benvido Viz hit a great ball. Jeremy Rois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luken Palmades having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Perfecto Mendiguren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodriguez FC and the Arriera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Maura Masbernat sped through Rodriguez FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luken Palmades. 81 minutes into the match, Arriera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Ubiña came free, but Felix Iturburu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremy Rois in the 83rd minute of play forced Rodriguez FC's goalkeeper Luken Palmades to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Jeremy Rois left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arriera FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Jeremy Rois struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Luken Palmades didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arriera FC. A hard shot 93 in the game by Dei Vinyals from a close distance when the talented Felix Iturburu managed to make a qualified save. Arriera FC's players were relieved. There was no doubt that Arriera FC were the better team. Arriera FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
