Prejun Affonso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matias Saludes's late challenge caught a Ceibal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prejun Affonso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justin Galban's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 32nd minute, Liher Trevijano made a precise shot to the right of Prejun Affonso. Chamberlain's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ryan Longar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cidro Leyte, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chamberlain's zone, Justin Galban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prejun Affonso came out of the goal and Justin Galban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florencio Abrante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cidro Leyte to make the kick off. Denis Astulez took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prejun Affonso. Prejun Affonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Florencio Abrante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liher Trevijano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Prejun Affonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justin Galban was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Ceibal's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 89 minutes into the match, Ceibal's Justin Galban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prejun Affonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Justin Galban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Chamberlain getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ignazio Arrugueta hit a great ball. The Ceibal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
