Faustino Espuga hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justin Galban in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laurendi Verga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmitas's goalkeeper Laurendi Verga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Liher Trevijano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmitas's goalkeeper Laurendi Verga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurendi Verga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liher Trevijano in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Palmitas got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Uriona. 59 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Justin Galban came free, but Laurendi Verga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Liher Trevijano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurendi Verga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vistruario Amondo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match Denis Astulez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laurendi Verga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Liher Trevijano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Justin Galban came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ceibal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justin Galban couldn't finish the play. Palmitas's Laurendi Verga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justin Galban in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Justin Galban made a precise shot to the right of Laurendi Verga. Palmitas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Galban in the 88th minute of play forced Palmitas's goalkeeper Laurendi Verga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
