Narciso Palmades was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ignado Forteza might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Palmades. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignado Forteza ran back to his position shaking his head. If Frisco Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Fe Lacueva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leheren Sosa. The goal made the score 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignado Forteza to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Diaz FC's Teobaldo Carriedo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Frisco Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cunapiru FC's Dionisio Alamo got a free kick in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cunapiru FC's zone, Muno Ariztegui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leheren Sosa came out of the goal and Muno Ariztegui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fe Lacueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leheren Sosa having to interfere. If Ignado Forteza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Frisco Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leheren Sosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fe Lacueva kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, Diaz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Arichaga to maneuver through the defense.
