Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Verastegui got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Tala AFC's Hugo Reboiras got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute, Hugo Reboiras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tala AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Chayo Bengoechea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silbestre Elicegui in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silbestre Elicegui in the 9th minute of play forced Echeverry's goalkeeper Chayo Bengoechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Osoro Villalpando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Hugo Reboiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Tomas Verastegui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Echeverry's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Verastegui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Espiridion Marimon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Verastegui in the 19th minute of play forced Tala AFC's goalkeeper Espiridion Marimon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Reboiras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chayo Bengoechea having to interfere. Chayo Bengoechea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silbestre Elicegui's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When Blasi Rueda fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Echeverry's protests and gave Blasi Rueda a yellow card for diving instead. Blasi Rueda hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Silbestre Elicegui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tala AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 42 minutes into the game, Tomas Verastegui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Espiridion Marimon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomas Verastegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Espiridion Marimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Silbestre Elicegui made the kick off in the second half. Urbez Abeyta hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. A collision led to Tala AFC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Silbestre Elicegui hit a great ball. If Pepito Alaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fanuco Mostoles kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Pepito Alaña blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Espiridion Marimon having to make a save. Silbestre Elicegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chayo Bengoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silbestre Elicegui in the 68th minute of the match. Espiridion Marimon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pepito Alaña in the 73rd minute. Chayo Bengoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silbestre Elicegui in the 75th minute of play. Pepito Alaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Espiridion Marimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tala AFC's zone, Tomas Verastegui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Espiridion Marimon came out of the goal and Tomas Verastegui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th match minute, Tala AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osoro Villalpando to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute of the match Valiente Balanzuela sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Espiridion Marimon skillfully saved the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tala AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Echeverry had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
