Adalberto Hortuño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javiar Hermosa in the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Drabble's Pueblo Zamorano got a free kick in the 31st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Berruti's Robustiano Hernando tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Drabble's Nastasio Carbo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Palben Pantoja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Drabble's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nastasio Carbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palben Pantoja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baumar Laboy in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nastasio Carbo made a kick off. Berruti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drabble the free kick. Hernan Oropeza kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donatello Luyando got free with Adalberto Hortuño in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
