The audience was convinced that Balendin Tiagonce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lauaxeta Frago was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Concepcion during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Carqueja FC's Perez Saldoval got control of the ball when Emilio Eibar tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Koldo Hondaro came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Carqueja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koldo Hondaro couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Balendin Tiagonce made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Tala's goalkeeper Lauaxeta Frago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Koldo Hondaro. Perez Saldoval made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Concepcion in the 56th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Jacinto Concepcion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tala's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Concepcion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Concepcion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Koldo Hondaro got free with Lauaxeta Frago in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lino Anuncibay hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Koldo Hondaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lauaxeta Frago made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Koldo Hondaro sent off a good shot on target. The Carqueja FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tala from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
