An unexpectedly hard shot by Gero Pages in the 4th minute of play forced Abrojal's goalkeeper Gilen Angulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Libertad's Zayvion Lerdo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector-Luis Ason in the 7th minute of play. Fidel Pelaez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zayvion Lerdo having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Gero Pages got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 13 minutes of play, Libertad's Ganix Suso made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilen Angulo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Libertad's Rogelio Ameyugo got a free kick in the 16th minute. Zayvion Lerdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector-Luis Ason, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Zayvion Lerdo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Pelaez in the 90th minute. If Gero Pages had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute.
