Ugaitz Herce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gero Pages in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Loren Figueruela during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Loren Figueruela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes, Libertad's Chus Mañueco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ugaitz Herce came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Libertad reached it. Ugaitz Herce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gero Pages, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Erasto Posiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zayvion Lerdo having to interfere. Gero Pages fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugaitz Herce having to interfere. If Ganix Suso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eguerdi Quesada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Erasto Posiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zayvion Lerdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eguerdi Quesada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the game, Rogelio Ameyugo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Libertad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nando the free kick. Rogelio Ameyugo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Erasto Posiga fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zayvion Lerdo, passed just outside the right post.
The wind increased when Gero Pages made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Libertad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Gian to maneuver through the defense. Ugaitz Herce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ganix Suso went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Loren Figueruela kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Chus Mañueco made a great header on Libertad's corner, it was just that Nando's Ugaitz Herce managed to reach the ball for a save. Ganix Suso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zayvion Lerdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasto Posiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Balasi Landeribar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Libertad's Zayvion Lerdo didn't even have to move. Ganix Suso might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ugaitz Herce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ganix Suso ran back to his position shaking his head. Zayvion Lerdo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Nando's Eguerdi Quesada. But to his dismay, Eguerdi Quesada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a little luck, Nando's Ugaitz Herce got control of the ball when Ganix Suso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 97th minute Loren Figueruela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zayvion Lerdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nando booed when Libertad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Ameyugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nando were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Libertad for a fine match.
