Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Goni's zone, Hector-Luis Ason stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Lampez came out of the goal and Hector-Luis Ason tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fidel Pelaez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Lampez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Pelaez got free with Jorge Lampez in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Jate in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilen Angulo saved Abrojal from getting behind. Goni's Daniel Jate got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Goni's Gauargi Basabe got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gauargi Basabe came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Goni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gauargi Basabe couldn't finish the play. Xuoco Miruena kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Gauargi Basabe came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Goni fans jumped to their feet. The wind increased when Hector-Luis Ason made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Goni getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Claris Montaño hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector-Luis Ason in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Lampez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goni's Daniel Jate got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 62 minutes, Gauargi Basabe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gauargi Basabe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gauargi Basabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goni's Jorge Lampez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Pelaez in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Goni booed when Abrojal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bittor Ruedas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Hector-Luis Ason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Lampez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gauargi Basabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chinto Güega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilen Angulo having to interfere. If Gauargi Basabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Daniel Jate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hector-Luis Ason struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jorge Lampez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abrojal.
