Celino Cases could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Beti Aries made a huge save. Mataojo FC's Beti Aries proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Mataojo FC from getting a goal against them. Celino Cases received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Beti Aries tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aresti Vinas was the one to do the kick off. In the 61st minute Celino Cases shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beti Aries saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Celino Cases sped through Mataojo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Beti Aries. Beti Aries stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celino Cases's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Obeko Oyanguren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lluciano Becerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Oliverio Percaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarugo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mataojo FC the free kick. Oliverio Percaz kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Maximo Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lluciano Becerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Pascual Barriga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beti Aries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celino Cases in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match Tarugo got a corner. Mataojo FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nuno Garabito ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mataojo FC's Obeko Oyanguren got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Pascual Barriga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lluciano Becerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Obeko Oyanguren in the 92nd minute of play. There was no doubt that Tarugo were the better team. Tarugo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
