Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beliran Barma in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pelagius Roberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Corredera in the 7th minute of play forced Novillos AFC's goalkeeper Pelagius Roberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Peter Peñaranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Novillos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Peñaranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute, Peter Peñaranda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Novillos AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Guerrero FC's Gaudencio Zaldua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leheren Malmonje in the 17th minute of play. Peter Peñaranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Zaldua having to interfere. With a little luck, Guerrero FC's Gaudencio Zaldua got control of the ball when Peter Peñaranda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pelagius Roberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leheren Malmonje stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Leheren Malmonje mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Novillos AFC and the Guerrero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leheren Malmonje kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Pelagius Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Corredera in the 58th minute of the match. If Beliran Barma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Novillos AFC booed when Guerrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Langarica didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Zaldua stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Peñaranda's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Beliran Barma fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pelagius Roberto, passed just outside the right post. In the 74th minute Peter Peñaranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Zaldua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes, Peter Peñaranda made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guerrero FC's Gaudencio Zaldua tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pelagius Roberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beliran Barma in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute, Gagriel Coya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Novillos AFC had won after a very even match.
