Ondino Morera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 6 minutes, Ricardo Langarica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guerrero FC and the Abrojal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Guerrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Langarica to maneuver through the defense. Txurio Cimbrelo might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaudencio Zaldua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Txurio Cimbrelo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Dionisio Corredera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaudencio Zaldua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txurio Cimbrelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes of play, Guerrero FC's Dionisio Corredera made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Lin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the game, Dionisio Corredera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnulfo Lin. Dionisio Corredera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Gaudencio Zaldua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ondino Morera, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th match minute, Guerrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Langarica to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guerrero FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Txema Mazariegos was slow to take the kick. During this time Abrojal's players had a chance to rest. Txema Mazariegos made a great header on Abrojal's corner, it was just that Guerrero FC's Gaudencio Zaldua managed to reach the ball for a save. Guerrero FC's Gaudencio Zaldua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txurio Cimbrelo in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Txurio Cimbrelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Abrojal were awarded a corner. Txema Mazariegos went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Iigo Banda heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 54th match minute, Abrojal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iigo Banda to maneuver through the defense. If Ondino Morera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Guerrero FC's Dionisio Corredera got a free kick in the 60th minute. Ondino Morera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Zaldua having to interfere. Txurio Cimbrelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gaudencio Zaldua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Beliran Barma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guerrero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Txurio Cimbrelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ondino Morera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gaudencio Zaldua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Guerrero FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
