When the match had been going on for 12 minutes, Charqueada FC's Hurko Valmaseda got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Froilan Quinten. 19 minutes into the match, Charqueada FC's Bernardo Heyros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Froilan Quinten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raigon City FC's Froilan Quinten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Raigon City FC from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Clodio Caseda made the kick off in the second half. Charqueada FC's Denis Helguera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadzio Bengolea in the 54th minute of play. Froilan Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Heyros, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Froilan Quinten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Heyros's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Romeo Oprescu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Froilan Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodio Caseda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Heyros might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Froilan Quinten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
