After having played for 6 minutes, Gurutz Mogoruza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jakes Miravalles took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Esterina. Fabio Esterina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taurino Sama in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Esterina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 16 minutes into the match, Pedernal's goal looked a bit too open when Taurino Sama came free, but Fabio Esterina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iyan Pelegrina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xzavion Traspuesto in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taurino Sama in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Esterina saved Pedernal from getting behind. Fabio Esterina came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cosopere FC's Taurino Sama. But to his dismay, Taurino Sama quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fabio Esterina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meder Lassa, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Pedernal's Mogel Sorrarain got a free kick in the 28th minute. Edur Hondona hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Xever Medina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cosopere FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 36th minute Xever Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Esterina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Esterina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Meder Lassa went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Acitores during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cosopere FC booed when Pedernal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Acitores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedernal were furious when Felix Hernando was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests.
