In the 60th minute of the match, Martin Pison tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chorche Zucunza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Atlantida's Carlomagno Ceron pulled a muscle in his leg after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Inguma Monterros hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Atlantida's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Pison came free, but Chorche Zucunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Martin Pison took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Chorche Zucunza to make any attempt to save it. Martin Pison might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chorche Zucunza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Pison ran back to his position shaking his head. Polanco's Inguma Monterros got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Atlantida's Paolo Gort got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over Polanco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atlantida throughout the match.
