Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Piedritas's Gaztea Traspalacios started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flor Ozaolaza hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Gaztea Traspalacios came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Piedritas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaztea Traspalacios couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Leizarraga Palazuelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Ricaredo was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. When Restu Cerredo fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piedritas's protests and gave Restu Cerredo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Piedritas getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Restu Cerredo hit a great ball. In the 8th minute of the match Flor Ozaolaza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Ricaredo skillfully saved the ball. Gaztea Traspalacios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zuri Lillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Adrian Afonte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lavalleja AFC and the Piedritas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Lavalleja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Afonte to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Piedritas getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Restu Cerredo hit a great ball. Leizarraga Palazuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Leizarraga Palazuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Ricaredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yago Erazo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leizarraga Palazuelo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Ricaredo saved Piedritas from getting behind. In the 35th minute Yago Erazo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Ricaredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zuri Lillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Llorenc Reñe in the 39th minute. If Llorenc Reñe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Piedritas's Llorenc Reñe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zuri Lillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leizarraga Palazuelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Llorenc Reñe scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zuri Lillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leizarraga Palazuelo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Ricaredo saved Piedritas from getting behind. If Llorenc Reñe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Afonte got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Lavalleja AFC's Adrian Afonte got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Llorenc Reñe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Piedritas booed when Lavalleja AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leizarraga Palazuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Llorenc Reñe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piedritas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Llorenc Reñe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roque Ricaredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavalleja AFC. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
