With a little luck, Gervasio's Isidoro Montealegre got control of the ball when Saturnin Longoria tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Honesto Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Montealegre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jago Pieres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnin Longoria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Montealegre having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Tiago Morenas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martinote FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiago Morenas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guifre Heneriz in the 37th minute of play forced Martinote FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Folgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Folgar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guifre Heneriz in the 38th minute of play. Martinote FC's attack was well implemented in the 40th minute, but when Honesto Marino was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Martinote FC's Honesto Marino got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iraido Gegunde charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iraido Gegunde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Martinote FC booed when Gervasio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iraido Gegunde didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Guifre Heneriz sped through Martinote FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erasmo Folgar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guifre Heneriz was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 54 in the game by Jago Pieres from a close distance when the talented Erasmo Folgar managed to make a qualified save. Martinote FC's players were relieved. With his leg Erasmo Folgar managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Gervasio's Jago Pieres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guifre Heneriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Folgar having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Martinote FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! 67 minutes into the game, Guifre Heneriz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Folgar. Guifre Heneriz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 74 minutes into the match, Gervasio's goal looked a bit too open when Honesto Marino came free, but Isidoro Montealegre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tiago Morenas fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Martinote FC's protests and gave Tiago Morenas a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Martinote FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Morenas. 82 minutes into the match, Martinote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guifre Heneriz came free, but Erasmo Folgar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Martinote FC's Alex Mella got a free kick in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Gervasio's goal looked a bit too open when Honesto Marino came free, but Isidoro Montealegre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guifre Heneriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Folgar having to interfere. Gervasio's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
