In the 5th match minute, Guadalupe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleazar Barreira to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th match minute, Reynold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Belmonte to maneuver through the defense. Duarte Bengoechea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eleazar Barreira hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazcano Besosa in the 17th minute of play forced Guadalupe FC's goalkeeper Alexandro Basterra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xorxe Toraño kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Eriberto Mostoles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reynold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Mostoles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eriberto Mostoles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Guadalupe FC's zone, Lazcano Besosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandro Basterra came out of the goal and Lazcano Besosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eriberto Mostoles's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Alexandro Basterra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Lazcano Besosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guadalupe FC's Alexandro Basterra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xzavion Graells sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandro Basterra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lazcano Besosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC's Xzavion Graells sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernad Cavallosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eriberto Mostoles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lazcano Besosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Guadalupe FC's Egoi Arista got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th match minute, Guadalupe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hegoi Feo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egoi Arista in the 62nd minute of play forced Reynold's goalkeeper Bernad Cavallosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Xzavion Graells managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guadalupe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xzavion Graells was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lazcano Besosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 71 minutes, Eriberto Mostoles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reynold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Mostoles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reynold were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Guadalupe FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Delmar Mantilla took the corner. Lazcano Besosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynold's Eriberto Mostoles got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Egoi Arista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Eriberto Mostoles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandro Basterra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lazcano Besosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alexandro Basterra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lazcano Besosa came free, but Alexandro Basterra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egoi Arista might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernad Cavallosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egoi Arista ran back to his position shaking his head. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
