Leoncio Alcega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorrin Barcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zarando Resines lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palma fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Cufre's Zunbeltz Garces got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Txanton Milla. 18 minutes into the match, Palma's goalkeeper Txanton Milla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Guiles. After 19 played minutes Cufre got a freekick which was hit by Zunbeltz Garces. After having played for 20 minutes, Leoncio Alcega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leoncio Alcega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 21 played minutes Cufre got a freekick which was hit by Diego Remon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Lombana in the 24th minute of play forced Cufre's goalkeeper Juango Llago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Leoncio Alcega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leoncio Alcega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severino Guiles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Txanton Milla made a huge save. Severino Guiles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Txanton Milla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Leoncio Alcega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cufre's Juango Llago was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leoncio Alcega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Juango Llago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cufre defense, Leoncio Alcega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juango Llago. The Cufre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juango Llago should have stopped the shot. Fabian Mazon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Vicente Alen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leoncio Alcega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juango Llago having to interfere. Leoncio Alcega might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juango Llago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leoncio Alcega ran back to his position shaking his head. Txanton Milla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorrin Barcia in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Cufre getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bizi Manteca hit a great ball. If Leoncio Alcega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jorrin Barcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cufre's Juango Llago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Cufre from getting a goal against them. Leoncio Alcega might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juango Llago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leoncio Alcega ran back to his position shaking his head. Dalmacio Lombana scored 1-3 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juango Llago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Cufre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palma were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
