The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Zuriko Asturias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabon Mera in the 37th minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Gabon Mera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vejigas's Zuriko Asturias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tajo Olazaran in the 44th minute of play forced Vejigas's goalkeeper Zuriko Asturias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tajo Olazaran in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zuriko Asturias saved Vejigas from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
