Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Itzaina Gamones started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Espiridion Cimbrelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th match minute, Reynold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pabla Vidaurre to maneuver through the defense. A long shot from Otsoa Aguileta in the 7th minute of play was well struck, but Jeraldo Nanclares made a really good save at the right post. After having played for 13 minutes, Aztore Algarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merinos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aztore Algarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birila Avecilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Itzaina Gamones in the 17th minute of the match. Cuarto Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Americo Cuello scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeraldo Nanclares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Itzaina Gamones in the 36th minute of play forced Merinos FC's goalkeeper Birila Avecilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Itzaina Gamones came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Reynold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Itzaina Gamones couldn't finish the play. Aztore Algarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Aztore Algarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merinos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aztore Algarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeraldo Nanclares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ourente Gual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Ourente Gual received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Birila Avecilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cuarto Trigo's late challenge caught a Reynold's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cuarto Trigo helped the player get up and apologised. Birila Avecilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Itzaina Gamones, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After having played for 73 minutes, Aztore Algarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merinos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aztore Algarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Americo Cuello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeraldo Nanclares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Birila Avecilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Birila Avecilla made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ourente Gual sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Reynold's goal looked a bit too open when Aztore Algarte came free, but Jeraldo Nanclares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yader Vilaplana during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Reynold's Yader Vilaplana got a free kick in the 88th minute. Merinos FC were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Reynold's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Otsoa Aguileta took the corner. The corner ended in Otsoa Aguileta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Reynold's Jeraldo Nanclares did a great save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Reynold players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Merinos FC.
