Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Taio Proaño got the match started through his kick off. In the 10th minute Malvin Closa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoilo Elvira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frichoso Armenta, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Novillos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Koldobika Viñambres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Malvin Closa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taio Proaño in the 26th minute of the match. If Koldobika Viñambres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Koldobika Viñambres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Paulino Lima when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Koldobika Viñambress short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Paulino Lima to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 33rd minute Canor Jauregui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoilo Elvira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taio Proaño in the 42nd minute of the match. Novillos FC's Paulino Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Novillos FC from getting a goal against them. Taio Proaño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Koldobika Viñambres in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulino Lima, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Canor Jauregui to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mariscala AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Malvin Closa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Malvin Closa made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 53rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Zoilo Elvira would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 58 minutes, Hodei Hevia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mariscala AFC and the Novillos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes Mariscala AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hodei Hevia. When Koldobika Viñambres came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Mariscala AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koldobika Viñambres couldn't finish the play. Zoilo Elvira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Canor Jauregui, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Canor Jauregui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artal Santiago's late challenge caught a Novillos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artal Santiago helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mariscala AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Artal Santiago hit a great ball. The supporters of Mariscala AFC booed when Novillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frichoso Armenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Malvin Closa got free with Zoilo Elvira in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Mariscala AFC's Koldobika Viñambres got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute of the match, Leoiar Ozana got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zoilo Elvira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Malvin Closa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zoilo Elvira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taurino Cura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zoilo Elvira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Canor Jauregui in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Mariscala AFC's Koldobika Viñambres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulino Lima narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Novillos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
