Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Baldovino Corias started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Paulo Martijana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldovino Corias in the 7th minute of the match. Ihazintu Guiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Martijana having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldovino Corias in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Martijana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ihazintu Guiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Ihazintu Guiu made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Martijana. Espinillo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Esperanza AFC's goalkeeper Jerardo Cendan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Estevao Ajorbe. If Estevao Ajorbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Martijana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ihazintu Guiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Estevao Ajorbe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espinillo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Estevao Ajorbe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerardo Cendan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Martijana came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Esperanza AFC's Ihazintu Guiu. But to his dismay, Ihazintu Guiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Esperanza AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lico Pena was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Ihazintu Guiu could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Paulo Martijana however easily saved by the left post. Ihazintu Guiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Martijana having to make a save. Chesus Movellan's late challenge caught a Esperanza AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chesus Movellan helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Espinillo AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Esperanza AFC:s goal. The referee gave Esperanza AFC a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emeterio Breton, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Espinillo AFC's Paulo Martijana. 1-3. Estevao Ajorbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerardo Cendan having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lico Pena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerardo Cendan was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. If Estevao Ajorbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Estevao Ajorbe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerardo Cendan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo AFC's zone, Ihazintu Guiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Martijana came out of the goal and Ihazintu Guiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Espinillo AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Duarte Granolles hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ihazintu Guiu got free with Paulo Martijana in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Estevao Ajorbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerardo Cendan came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Espinillo AFC's Estevao Ajorbe. But to his dismay, Estevao Ajorbe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Lico Pena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerardo Cendan having to make a save. A collision led to Espinillo AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Duarte Granolles hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Espinillo AFC defense, Ihazintu Guiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Martijana. The Espinillo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Martijana should have stopped the shot. Aureliano Bodelon charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aureliano Bodelon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Esperanza AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
