Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Rioboo started the match with the kick off. Medina's Panpili Collado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mederi Bordales in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Manni Ezquibela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panpili Collado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurgain Cera's late challenge caught a Medina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laurgain Cera helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Medina booed when Zambullon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurgain Cera didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Medina's Urtsin Moncada in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zambullon's goalie prevented a goal. Osoro Zotes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Rioboo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Medina got a freekick which was hit by Mon Hevia. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfredo Rioboo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Osoro Zotes. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. In the 38th minute, Laurgain Cera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Medina's Urtsin Moncada fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Osoro Zotes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Rioboo in the 41st minute of the match. The Medina fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when Medina's Urtsin Moncada looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
Urtsin Moncada struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Osoro Zotes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medina. Medina's Iker Fabelo suffered a sore foot after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 54 minutes, Manni Ezquibela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zambullon and the Medina players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Medina booed when Zambullon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manni Ezquibela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urtsin Moncada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Osoro Zotes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Mederi Bordales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Medina's Panpili Collado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Medina from getting a goal against them. Panpili Collado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mederi Bordales in the 86th minute. Mederi Bordales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panpili Collado having to interfere. Mederi Bordales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Panpili Collado made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mederi Bordales got free with Panpili Collado in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Medina's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oton Zaldo was slow to take the kick. During this time Zambullon's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Oton Zaldo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Panpili Collado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
