A collision led to Suarez getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Gizon Alayz hit a great ball. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Suarez's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alonso Estevez was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay FC's players had a chance to rest. Alonso Estevez made a great header on Uruguay FC's corner, it was just that Suarez's Pinto Lozares managed to reach the ball for a save. Tipi Aleson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Pinto Lozares made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzales Sicilia during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alonso Estevez shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Xove Astete got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 29 minutes into the match, Uruguay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pabla Canellas came free, but Txema Alaiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Txema Alaiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Septien in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Xove Astete got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pinto Lozares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tipi Aleson in the 42nd minute. Everardo Septien's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Txema Alaiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xove Astete made a kick off. Uruguay FC's Xove Astete got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pinto Lozares came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay FC's Tipi Aleson. But to his dismay, Tipi Aleson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Salomon Folguera hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Suarez's Gonzales Sicilia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Txema Alaiz but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Suarez's Pabla Canellas got a free kick in the 79th minute. Tipi Aleson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Pinto Lozares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
