Luisito Ogero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Eliu Arripe made a huge save. Ieltxu Farre kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Luisito Ogero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliu Arripe was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Gil Dehesa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gil Dehesa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Florida AFC's zone, Luisito Ogero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliu Arripe came out of the goal and Luisito Ogero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 28 in the game by Luisito Ogero from a close distance when the talented Eliu Arripe managed to make a qualified save. Florida AFC's players were relieved. Enol Marsella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriz Ibarlucea having to interfere. Faron Gort struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Eriz Ibarlucea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florida AFC. After 32 played minutes Godoy got a freekick which was hit by Jayvier Ramirez. Luisito Ogero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Eliu Arripe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Dehesa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliu Arripe having to interfere. Omero Freije's late challenge caught a Godoy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omero Freije helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Florida AFC's Omero Freije got a free kick in the 45th minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gil Dehesa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Faron Gort made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Godoy's Eriz Ibarlucea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Gil Dehesa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Godoy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Luisito Ogero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Godoy booed when Florida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shantala Rengifo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute Godoy were awarded a corner. Vidal Taracena went to the cornerflag to take it. When Gil Dehesa came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Godoy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Dehesa couldn't finish the play. If Gil Dehesa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luisito Ogero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eliu Arripe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Gil Dehesa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florida AFC's Eliu Arripe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Faron Gort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriz Ibarlucea having to interfere. Luisito Ogero struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Eliu Arripe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Godoy. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Godoy had played much better football throughout.
