The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Feliu Galera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chap Carranceja in the 5th minute of play. Eneas Puigdellivol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Evangelista Caller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evangelista Caller made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Eneas Puigdellivol sent off a good shot on target. If Lluc Larrinzar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AAA Jimmy Jazz's Chap Carranceja got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Lluc Larrinzar made the kick off in the second half. With 54 minutes on the clock, Tadeu Zalvide commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 53rd minute, one of Roja:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Roja. Evangelista Caller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eneas Puigdellivol, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by AAA Jimmy Jazz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Caio Trana was slow to take the kick. During this time Roja's players had a chance to rest. Stephen Platas hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Caio Trana thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Feliu Galera, a very annoying self made goal in the 75th minute which led to 0-1. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 78th minute, but Feliu Galera got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Roja hanging dry this time. Petri Grandoso kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Evangelista Caller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eneas Puigdellivol in the 81st minute of play. In the 91st minute, Ofelio Lavalle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Chap Carranceja got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ciano Fontecha kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Feliu Galera didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 98th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2.
