James Velazco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ado Lejarazu came out and tried to block the shot, but James Velazco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 25th minute. Cambranes Proaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvio Jonsansoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ixaka Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Bellaco's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Jonsansoro came free, but Ixaka Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ixaka Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cruz Bobadilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Devesa during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ado Lejarazu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Provencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. James Velazco might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ado Lejarazu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. James Velazco ran back to his position shaking his head. Ado Lejarazu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Velazco in the 94th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
