The audience thought a goal was coming when Crescencio Larrategui got free with Beltza Palenzuela in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Taurino Mescua received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Beltza Palenzuela came out and tried to block the shot, but Taurino Mescua slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 77th minute. Oliverio Mestre scored 1-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nahia Aranzabal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Maracana Wanderers FC's Crescencio Larrategui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beltza Palenzuela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Taurino Mescua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
