An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Loyola in the 3rd minute of play forced Menafra AFC's goalkeeper Saverio Sobrino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Gregory Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Sobrino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Caetano Morell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Menafra AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miguelete FC the free kick. After 13 played minutes Menafra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Morell. In the 13th minute Gregory Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Sobrino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Velasco Buenaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Qwinton Cavite made a huge save. Gregory Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Saverio Sobrino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikolas Agüera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the game, Fortunato Resines was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miguelete FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Menafra AFC the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Miguelete FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Resines to maneuver through the defense. Velasco Buenaga got the audiences attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 25th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. After a rather tough play, Miguelete FC's Valdo Londoño got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Gaizko Nebot sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Miguelete FC's Qwinton Cavite didn't even have to move. 28 minutes in the game, Frechoso Gambo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikolas Agüera in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saverio Sobrino saved Menafra AFC from getting behind. Gregory Loyola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikolas Agüera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Saverio Sobrino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Entrala's late challenge caught a Miguelete FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Entrala helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Miguelete FC. Cruz Jiron stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Saverio Sobrino. 0-1. Gregory Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Saverio Sobrino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frechoso Gambo was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Velasco Buenaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qwinton Cavite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frechoso Gambo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinton Cavite having to interfere. In the 57th minute Velasco Buenaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qwinton Cavite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdo Londoño kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Gregory Loyola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Saverio Sobrino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 68 minutes into the match, Miguelete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frechoso Gambo came free, but Qwinton Cavite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fortunato Resines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Miguelete FC's Mikolas Agüera in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Menafra AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Mikolas Agüera succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Saverio Sobrino made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Gregory Loyola sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th play minute Gregory Loyola came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Saverio Sobrino. 0-4. When the match was over Miguelete FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Menafra AFC throughout the match.
