Iratze Saladrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolas Agüera in the 8th minute of the match. When Felipe Almarza came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Quebracho AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Almarza couldn't finish the play. Felipe Almarza scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Qwinton Cavite, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee ignored Miguelete FC's protests and gave Caracakingo Ason a yellow card for diving instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute Fabio Torrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qwinton Cavite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qwinton Cavite stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Torrez's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolas Agüera in the 60th minute of play forced Quebracho AFC's goalkeeper Iratze Saladrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Quebracho AFC booed when Miguelete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fortunato Resines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Almarza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Qwinton Cavite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Quebracho AFC got a freekick which was hit by Xever Presa. In the 70th minute, Mikolas Agüera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iratze Saladrigues stood somewhat misplaced when Mikolas Agüera came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 75 minute. If Fabio Torrez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Almarza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qwinton Cavite having to interfere. Miguelete FC's Gregory Loyola got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
