Venerando Elosua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benvide Jordan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Ansina's goalkeeper Benvide Jordan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santo Ferreira. Oidor Zaldua kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Estanzuela's Froilan Angostina got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 29 minutes, Froilan Angostina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estanzuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Angostina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ansina's Benvide Jordan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ansina from getting a goal against them. If Froilan Angostina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Palben Masana came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Estanzuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Palben Masana couldn't finish the play. Joaquin Pardemanos struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Benvide Jordan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estanzuela. Ostargi Bocos charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ostargi Bocos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Estanzuela booed when Ansina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ostargi Bocos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palben Masana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benvide Jordan having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Venerando Elosua to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Estanzuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fe Caldevilla fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Ansina booed when Estanzuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Rubin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fe Caldevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benvide Jordan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Angostina, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Esiquio Ayala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fe Caldevilla in the 71st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Rubin in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benvide Jordan saved Ansina from getting behind. Froilan Angostina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benvide Jordan having to interfere. Palben Masana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 93 minutes, Froilan Angostina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estanzuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Angostina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Estanzuela were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
