Paskal Bollo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Arenales's goal looked a bit too open when Paskal Bollo came free, but Leocadio Ugalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leocadio Ugalde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paskal Bollo in the 22nd minute of play. Rosendo Gobeo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Paskal Bollo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leocadio Ugalde having to interfere. A collision led to Arenales getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rosendo Gobeo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Norino Manaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Norino Manaut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leocadio Ugalde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palmitas's Oriol Berar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veto Zuri in the 36th minute of play. Xoan Curbelo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Palmitas's goal looked a bit too open when Veto Zuri came free, but Oriol Berar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Paskal Bollo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leocadio Ugalde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Oriol Berar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 58 played minutes Arenales got a freekick which was hit by Joao Antiñano. Palmitas's Paskal Bollo managed to work through Arenales's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Paskal Bollo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Varela in the 63rd minute of play forced Palmitas's goalkeeper Oriol Berar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norino Manaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Leocadio Ugalde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Veto Zuri couldn't finish the play.
