Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Castel Fonte kicked off to start the match. Frisco Graus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Cifontes having to interfere. Gerardo Carrillo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, Florentino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Castel Fonte came free, but Jakue Bernabeytia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Santio Belorado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Cifontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santio Belorado in the 13th minute of play. Frisco Graus might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Cifontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frisco Graus ran back to his position shaking his head. Centro AFC's Artemio Cifontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frisco Graus in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Florentino FC got a corner. Centro AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amancio Abarca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Centro AFC booed when Florentino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Castel Fonte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florentino FC's Jakue Bernabeytia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martin Bustinaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Jakue Bernabeytia made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Bustinaga got free with Jakue Bernabeytia in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Bustinaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Bustinaga struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jakue Bernabeytia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Centro AFC. In the 33rd minute, Deunoro Guete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Castel Fonte did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jakue Bernabeytia 37 minutes into the match. Artemio Cifontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Filare, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Florentino FC's Santio Belorado got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Bustinaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frisco Graus to make the kick off. Jakue Bernabeytia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Castel Fonte in the 53rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Santio Belorado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artemio Cifontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 69 minutes, Peter Filare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Florentino FC and the Centro AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Florentino FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Peter Filare hit a great ball. When Eliazar Arteaga was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. A collision led to Centro AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Eliazar Arteaga hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Frisco Graus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Florentino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frisco Graus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Cifontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Centro AFC's zone, Frisco Graus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Cifontes came out of the goal and Frisco Graus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Santio Belorado came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Florentino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santio Belorado couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
