In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barker FC's goalkeeper Sol Montoto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th match minute, Piedras AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lizardi Lobera to maneuver through the defense. Barker FC's Xzaiver Ibarrola couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Piedras AFC. 36 minutes into the match, Piedras AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesaro Tuset came free, but Zilar Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luken Costales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Zilar Santana made a huge save. Sol Montoto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Alzola's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesaro Tuset to make the kick off. Piedras AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
