Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Indar Guevara made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Diaz's goal looked a bit too open when Indar Guevara came free, but Eriz Padierna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fagondo Pardemanos's late challenge caught a Diaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fagondo Pardemanos helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Tropiezo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fagondo Pardemanos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elodio Cavadas in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrico Reganado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Berriotxoa Arraiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriz Padierna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Indar Guevara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tropiezo AFC booed when Diaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oier Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eriz Padierna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indar Guevara in the 17th minute of play. Elodio Cavadas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Henrico Reganado came out and tried to block the shot, but Elodio Cavadas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Mikel Guardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrico Reganado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikel Guardo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Berriotxoa Arraiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Diogo Albear put in a rough tackle. In the 41st minute, Mikel Guardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikel Guardo got free with Henrico Reganado in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baiona Conti kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikel Guardo made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Tropiezo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Tejo. 56 minutes into the match, Diaz's Baiona Conti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Diaz's Elodio Cavadas got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute Mikel Guardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrico Reganado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berriotxoa Arraiz scored 1-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eriz Padierna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Indar Guevara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriz Padierna having to interfere. Diaz's Oier Quadros got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Tropiezo AFC's Berriotxoa Arraiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriz Padierna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Berriotxoa Arraiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mikel Guardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tropiezo AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
