Agostinho Gobantes hit a great ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Esteban Arruda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peralta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Arruda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, one of Peralta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Peralta. Xusto Cea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute Esteban Arruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romano Alzaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Arruda in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romano Alzaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cardozo AFC's Romano Alzaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Arruda in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Peralta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xian Forcada to maneuver through the defense. Bautista Movilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Errapel Villamil made a huge save. Bautista Movilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 28 in the game by Zuhaitz Oznayo from a close distance when the talented Errapel Villamil managed to make a qualified save. Peralta's players were relieved. After 29 minutes, Esteban Arruda made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cardozo AFC's Romano Alzaga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Esteban Arruda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Romano Alzaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Cardozo AFC's zone, Esteban Arruda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romano Alzaga came out of the goal and Esteban Arruda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteban Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romano Alzaga having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mero Huertas during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mero Huertas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes Cardozo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Gobantes. A collision led to Peralta getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Gau Viñe hit a great ball. The Cardozo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peralta were winning 1-2.

Cardozo AFC's Romano Alzaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Arruda in the 55th minute of play. Xian Forcada charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xian Forcada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Peralta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xian Forcada to maneuver through the defense. If Xusto Cea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Peralta's Romano Alzaga threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Esteban Arruda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Romano Alzaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esteban Arruda's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Xusto Cea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Bautista Movilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errapel Villamil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cardozo AFC's Romano Alzaga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Cardozo AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Esteban Arruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romano Alzaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Cardozo AFC's goalkeeper Romano Alzaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xusto Cea. 91 minutes into the game, Peralta's Xusto Cea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romano Alzaga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.
