Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hegoi Tipular got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Gabriel Dicastillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hegoi Tipular scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucian Loaisa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Obeko Laguna fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tambores's protests and gave Obeko Laguna a yellow card for diving instead. Obeko Laguna hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tambores's goalkeeper Lucian Loaisa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Hegoi Tipular put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lucian Loaisa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegoi Tipular in the 33rd minute of play forced Tambores's goalkeeper Lucian Loaisa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-2 became the score in the 36th minute when Sandaili Seber elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sandaili Seber hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Manni Lainez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucian Loaisa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
In the 53rd minute, Tambores's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Manni Lainez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Manni Lainez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Lucian Loaisa made a huge save. After some careless play in the SpLiTiNg Th3 DNA defense, Papo Tramarria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Bäcklin. The SpLiTiNg Th3 DNA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Bäcklin should have stopped the shot. Manni Lainez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manni Lainez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Loaisa having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tambores's Charro Arraya got a free kick in the 69th minute. Lucian Loaisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegoi Tipular in the 70th minute of play. Tambores's Gabriel Dicastillo got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Gabriel Dicastillo off the ground. After 73 played minutes Tambores got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Dicastillo. Lucian Loaisa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ermano Cue. Hegoi Tipular received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Lucian Loaisa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SpLiTiNg Th3 DNA's Hegoi Tipular was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After having played for 97 minutes, Montrelle Utrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SpLiTiNg Th3 DNA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Montrelle Utrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SpLiTiNg Th3 DNA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
