Ebardo Navariega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Perero in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pueblo Verda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Corrales's Mikolas Sopuerta got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolas Sopuerta in the 18th minute of play forced Ferreira FC's goalkeeper Ebardo Navariega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qwinton Concha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Ebardo Navariega when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ferreira FC's Ebardo Navariega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikolas Sopuerta in the 26th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Ferreira FC got a freekick which was hit by Mark Galisteo. In the 28th minute of the match Mendiko Alvaredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ebardo Navariega showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Mikolas Sopuerta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferreira FC's Ebardo Navariega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sotero Añel hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ebardo Navariega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolas Sopuerta in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ferreira FC's Sotero Añel got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Mikolas Sopuerta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corrales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolas Sopuerta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inge Pujals kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match, Mikolas Sopuerta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ebardo Navariega saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Qwinton Concha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ebardo Navariega having to interfere. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jorge Perero sped through Corrales's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pueblo Verda.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikolas Sopuerta made a kick off. Mikolas Sopuerta took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ebardo Navariega. Ebardo Navariega dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ferreira FC's Jorge Perero got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jorge Perero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pueblo Verda having to interfere. When Ferreira FC's Jorge Perero in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corrales's goalie prevented a goal. In the 74th minute, Mendiko Alvaredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corrales's Pueblo Verda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Corrales from getting a goal against them. Jorge Perero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pueblo Verda having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mark Galisteo got free with Pueblo Verda in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ferreira FC's goalkeeper Ebardo Navariega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
