The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateus Pinto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Mateus Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berriotxoa Silvestri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berriotxoa Silvestri scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lore Masses, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aquilino Novajas struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Lore Masses didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tala. In the 23rd minute Aquilino Novajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lore Masses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Novajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lore Masses tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Xilo Ibaizabal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Godoy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xilo Ibaizabal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xilo Ibaizabal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Delmiro Munozcano firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Godoy booed when Tala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxahun Lastras didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Xilo Ibaizabal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 38 minutes into the match, Godoy's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Novajas came free, but Lore Masses reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tala's Delmiro Munozcano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Tala from getting a goal against them. If Xilo Ibaizabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Zabal Arnuero came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Godoy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zabal Arnuero couldn't finish the play. Xilo Ibaizabal had several of the Tala's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Delmiro Munozcano as he didn't even see the shot coming.

Lore Masses showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Novajas in the 53rd minute of the match. Godoy's Lore Masses proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Godoy from getting a goal against them. Xilo Ibaizabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Aquilino Novajas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tala's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Novajas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lore Masses breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Germano Llantada hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Aquilino Novajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Lore Masses tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berriotxoa Silvestri came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lore Masses could save by the left post. Xilo Ibaizabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Munozcano having to interfere. Lore Masses took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Novajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xilo Ibaizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Delmiro Munozcano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmiro Munozcano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xilo Ibaizabal went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Aquilino Novajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Lore Masses tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berriotxoa Silvestri was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Tala's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Godoy had won after a very even match.
