Emmanuel Landeras in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kinsen Piciña, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemencin Lubiano in the 23rd minute of play forced Albisu's goalkeeper Kinsen Piciña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Albisu's Kinsen Piciña got control of the ball when Emmanuel Landeras tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Lapurdi Horreo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacinto Ozores. That made the score 0-2 in the 65 minute of play. In the 76th minute Lapurdi Horreo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Ozores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zelipe Sotomayor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Ozores having to interfere. Zelipe Sotomayor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Jacinto Ozores when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 84 minutes into the game, Urdaspal Zorrilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canelones FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albisu the free kick. In the 84th minute, Urdaspal Zorrilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emmanuel Landeras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute.
